Qualifications

• Mandarin C1 level proficiency as a must.
• English reading/writing/speaking/listening at B2 level.
• Bachelor's or Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 months in customer support preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree/diploma encouraged to apply.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to orders, delivery, payment, product pre-orders and general questions.
• Answer questions about order status, changes and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer interactions per client standards.
• Meet required call quality, audits and CSAT goals.
• Maintain knowledge of client-supported products and services.
• Accurately record customer information in internal systems and follow procedures.
