Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists for our client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will provide frontline support for orders, delivery, payment, product information, and pre-orders, communicating primarily in Mandarin while using English in a professional environment.

Open to fresh graduates with relevant degrees as well as candidates with customer support experience.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree or diploma are encouraged to apply.
• Technical troubleshooting experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile devices, tablets, PCs, or laptops.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to post-order issues, delivery updates, payment information, product pre-orders, and general questions.
• Assist customers with questions about order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer interactions per client service standards.
