Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will support orders, deliveries, payments, and product information, primarily in Mandarin with English as needed in a professional setting.

Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are encouraged, and call center experience is a plus but not required. On-site work in Kuala Lumpur is required with strong communication and learning agility a must.

Qualifications

• C1 level Mandarin proficiency.
• B2 level English proficiency.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
• 6 months customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Technical troubleshooting experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with mobile devices and PCs.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to post-order issues, delivery updates, payment information, product pre-orders, and general customer questions.
• Assist customers by answering questions related to order status, order changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer interactions based on client service standards.
• Meet required standards for call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of client-supported products.
• Accurately record customer information and required data in internal systems.
• Follow training, operational procedures, and quality guidelines in every customer interaction.
• Maintain awareness of the client's products, services, and strengths in the industry.
• Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement in customer support operations.
