Cross Border Talents is hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will handle orders, delivery, and product inquiries while communicating primarily in Mandarin and in English in a professional setting.

Open to candidates with customer support experience or fresh graduates with relevant qualifications who are eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment. On-site work in Kuala Lumpur is required.

Qualifications

• C1 level Mandarin proficiency.
• B2 level English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Professional or personal experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to orders, delivery, payment, product information, pre-orders, and general questions.
• Answer questions related to order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer interactions following client service standards.
• Meet required standards for call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of client-supported products.
• Accurately record customer information in internal systems.
• Follow training, procedures, and quality guidelines in every interaction.
• Maintain awareness of client products, services, and strengths in the industry.
• Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement in customer support operations.
