Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Talent Development & Learning to lead learning, leadership, and talent management strategies to build a high performing workforce. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, organizational development, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in Learning & Development and Talent Management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in succession planning, leadership development, competency framework design, performance management, and talent reviews.
• Knowledge of HRD Corp, LMS, HRIS, and learning analytics is an advantage.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Learning & Development and Talent Management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis and implement technical, functional, leadership, and soft skills development programs.
• Design and manage competency frameworks, career pathways, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Partner with business leaders to identify successors for critical positions and develop succession plans.
• Develop and deliver leadership development initiatives, coaching, mentoring, and career development programs.
• Support performance management by integrating development planning, performance calibration, and competency assessments.
• Oversee onboarding, LMS, training compliance, HRD Corp initiatives, and learning records.
• Monitor learning effectiveness, talent metrics, and organizational capability, recommending continuous improvements.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement effective development solutions.
• Manage the annual L&D budget, external training providers, and learning-related projects.
• Support organizational development, change management, employee engagement, and continuous learning initiatives.

• Knowledge of HRD Corp, Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS, and learning analytics is an advantage.
