Jora Malaysia is seeking a Learning & Development professional to assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will support daily L&D operations and help run training activities, TNA, and development initiatives with department leaders.
You will contribute to the Annual L&D Plan, coordinate programs, and help build pipelines through SP initiatives.

Assist the Head of Unit in planning, implementing, and monitoring the Company's Learning & Development strategies, policies, and initiatives to support organizational goals.
Support the Head of Unit in managing the day-to-day operations of the Learning & Development function and ensure smooth execution of training activities.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and work closely with Department Heads to identify competency gaps and development priorities.
Assist in developing and executing the Annual Learning & Development Plan and training calendar.
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training programs, workshops, induction, and leadership development initiatives.
Assist the Head of Unit in coordinate Succession Planning (SP) initiatives to build organizational talent pipelines.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, KPIs, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
Manage training budgets, vendors, training records, competency matrices, and related documentation.
Prepare monthly management reports and provide recommendations to improve learning effectiveness and employee capability.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Unit or Management.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of working experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources.
Certified Train-the-Trainer (TTT) qualification is advantage.
Hands-on experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Experience in developing Succession Planning (SP) and talent development initiatives.
Experience in managing and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
Able to develop training materials, competency frameworks, and learning roadmaps.
Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
