Job summary

ZUS Coffee in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Specialist to lead regional L&D initiatives and enhance performance through structured learning programs. You will oversee LMS operations, coordinate multi-country training, and partner with leaders to design impactful development experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR, business, psychology or related field with 5–7 years in L&D and hands-on LMS management, preferably in F&B or retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 5-7 years in Learning & Development with LMS and corporate learning program experience.
• Experience in F&B, retail, FMCG or fast-growth multi-country business.
