Job summary

Infinity Logistics & Transport Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and execute the annual L&D plan aligned with business objectives. You will develop competency-based roadmaps and support talent development across departments, while managing training providers and LMS administration.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in HRM/BA/PSY/EDU and at least five years of hands-on L&D experience, with familiarity in HRDF/HRD Corp grants, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience in designing and delivering learning programmes.
• Experience in competency development and talent management.
• Experience managing HRD Corp grants and claims is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual training reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate HRD Corp grant applications and claims.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development plan aligned with business objectives.
• Design competency-based learning roadmaps for different employee groups.
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Training Management

• Plan and coordinate internal and external training programmes.
• Source, evaluate and manage training providers and consultants.
• Ensure training programmes meet quality, budget and business requirements.
• Monitor training attendance and completion.

Learning Content Development

• Develop engaging learning materials, presentations, toolkits and learning guides.
• Design blended learning programmes including classroom, virtual and e-learning.
• Review and continuously improve training content.

Performance Development

• Work closely with department managers to identify competency gaps.
• Recommend development interventions to improve employee performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and business outcomes.

Learning Systems & Administration

• Maintain training records and employee learning history.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Prepare monthly and annual training reports and dashboards.

Compliance & HRDF/HRD Corp

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and training regulations.
• Coordinate HRD Corp grant applications and claims.
• Maintain proper training documentation for audit purposes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training or HR will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development
• Experience in designing and delivering learning programmes.
• Experience in competency development and talent management.
• Experience managing HRD Corp grants and claims is an advantage.
• Able to commute to Pulau Indah.
