Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant work experience in finance & accounting.
• Hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented approach essential.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial statements, reports and analysis for stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and other departments to align financial goals.
• Support audit and tax matters with external advisors and regulatory bodies.
