Job summary

Ant International in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations, support month-end close, and strengthen internal controls.

You will oversee reconciliations, fixed assets, payrolls and intercompany activity, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and finance transformation.

The ideal candidate has a strong GAAP/IFRS background, experience with Oracle, and fluency in English and Chinese to engage with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 8-10 years in accounting roles, 2+ years in supervision or project management is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle) and advanced Excel; strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS.
• Good understanding of internal controls and corporate governance.
• Motivated self-starter, resourceful and ability to work independently; keen to learn with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong language skills, including English and Chinese are needed to work smoothly with stakeholders.
