About the Role:
Our client is seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to lead financial operations from budgeting and forecasting to cash flow and compliance. This role plays a key part in driving business growth through clear financial insights, cost optimization, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing finance functions in a dynamic environment.
1. Financial Planning & Budgeting
Lead annual budget preparation and periodic forecasting.
Monitor performance and deliver variance analysis with actionable insights.
Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business plans.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure timely reporting to management and stakeholders.
3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Oversee daily cash flow and liquidity.
Manage banking relationships and optimize working capital.
Assess funding needs and recommend financing strategies.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
Identify risks and implement measures to safeguard assets.
5. Team Leadership & Process Improvement
Lead and mentor the finance team for peak performance.
Streamline accounting and finance processes for efficiency.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years experience in finance/accounting roles, ideally in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SQL, SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills.
Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
