Averis is recruiting a Finance & Accounting Manager / Assistant Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role leads end-to-end finance operations and supports strategic decision-making across business units.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Professional certifications CPA/ACCA or MIA preferred.
8–10 years of relevant work experience in finance & accounting.
Hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented approach essential.
Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare financial statements, reports and analysis for stakeholders.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes.
Monitor performance and recommend improvements to drive results.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
Collaborate with Operations, HR and other departments to align financial goals.
Support audit and tax matters with external advisors and regulatory bodies.
Supervise and develop the finance team to enhance capability.
