Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Operations to support the Operations Manager in daily mall operations at Johor Bahru City Square. The role covers building services, security, safety, and tenant coordination to ensure smooth mall functioning.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance works, AEI projects, and vendor performance, monitoring utilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting safety drills and incident management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical facilities management (mall/commercial preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of ACMV, electrical, lifts/escaliers, plumbing and car park systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in daily mall operations including building services and safety.
• Coordinate maintenance works, contractors, vendors and tenant fit-outs.
• Monitor utilities consumption and assist energy management initiatives.
• Ensure statutory compliance with MBJB, BOMBA, ST, DOSH and other authorities.
• Assist in safety and emergency preparedness, ERP/ERT drills and incident handling.
• Review tenant fit-out submissions and coordinate with consultants/contractors.
