Job summary

Advanced Assembly Materials in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a dedicated maintenance engineer to plan and improve manufacturing processes and equipment. You will monitor daily breakdowns, analyze issues, and coordinate with other departments to resolve production problems, while performing hands-on maintenance and automation tasks.

The role emphasizes improving product design, production yield, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years semicon plant facility/clean room maintenance or machine maintenance experience is desirable.
• Good communication skills with all levels in the organization.
• Well organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Computer literate with MS Office and able to draw basic AutoCAD drawings.

Advanced Assembly Materials – Pasir Gudang, Johor

Plan and improve manufacturing process / equipment & fixtures halls for quality cost.

Follow up daily equipment breakdown and analysis.

Review, schedule and collaborating with other departments to resolve production issue.

Hands on precision machine maintenance, fabrication and automation.

Improve those critical design product and production yield.

Develop, maintain and improve preventive maintenance program.

Decrease lead frame defect and increase productivity.

Set up new model for mass production.

Analyze tooling defects / machine parameter and take corrective action.

To plan, check and implement an effective preventive maintenance program for machine, machine tools and equipment.

To identify maintenance spared requiring inventory, establish re-order and quantity, placing re-order, recommend dead or obsolete stocks to be purged.

Execute project and improvement at the equipment base on QCDMS (quality, cost, delivery, morale, and safety).

Plan plant facility equipment schedule maintenance, manage MTBF and predictive maintenance.

Spare part control and inventory.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years semicon plant facility/clean room maintenance or machine maintenance or service experiences are desirable.

Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels within the organization.

Well organized, detailed-oriented and able to work independently.

Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft applications and able to draw basic Autocad drawing.
