Job summary

Takun Retreat Club in Malaysia is seeking a guest relations professional to welcome members and guests with warmth and confidence. You will manage arrivals, bookings, and daily schedules while ensuring all spaces are clean and presentation-ready.

The role requires a diploma/degree in hospitality and 1–3 years in luxury hospitality or premium customer service. English fluency is essential; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are a plus. Weekend work and rotating shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, private clubs, wellness resorts, airlines, or premium customer service.
• Experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, or high-end lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, bookings, and daily schedules.
• Conduct club and facility orientations for first-time visitors.
• Prepare guest amenities, lockers, refreshments, and wellness areas before each arrival.
• Ensure all guest-facing spaces are clean, organised, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Coordinate with various teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful service proactively.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with daily operations, event support, and administrative duties when required.
