Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Guest Relations Concierge on-site at G Tower, Kuala Lumpur, to welcome guests of a landmark Singapore luxury hotel, manage reservations across hotel, dining, spa, and transport, and dispatch in-room dining and service requests.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years hospitality experience, Mandarin fluency, and are comfortable with 24/7 on-site shifts; fresh graduates welcome.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin
• Polished telephone and email etiquette
• 2+ years in hospitality — hotel, airline or restaurant — in a guest-facing or call-centre role is an advantage (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply too)

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalised, above-and-beyond luxury service on every contact
• Answer guest enquiries by phone, email and chat, sharing current resort information
• Execute hotel reservations for FIT, wholesale, group, government and royalty bookings — including changes and cancellations
• Coordinate dining across 13 outlets, plus spa, transport and entertainment bookings
• Dispatch service requests and in-room dining orders to the right team, fast
• Resolve enquiries on first contact using sound judgement and empowerment tools
• Follow emergency protocol precisely, meet KPIs, and uphold guest confidentiality at all times
