Job summary

Aura Regenerative Wellness Centre in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Wellness Therapist & Customer Experience Executive to deliver luxurious guest experiences at Tun Razak Exchange. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and handle payments in a warm, professional environment.

The role combines front desk duties with wellness service support, including assisting with treatments, promoting packages, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk in hospitality or wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude.
• Proficient in English; Chinese a plus.
• Familiarity with spa systems and cash handling procedures.

About the role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a luxurious wellness space? Aura Regenerative Wellness is seeking a Wellness Therapist & Customer Experience Executive to join our team in Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position responsible for providing a warm and attentive experience to our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a neat and organised front desk area
• Provide information about the centre's facilities and services
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with providing wellness treatments using specialized machinery
• Recommend and sell wellness packages

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or front office role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Must be proficient in English with Chinese as a plus. Must be able to communicate clearly, to accommodate to customer's needs
• Familiarity with spa management systems and cash handling procedures
