Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM holder.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests professionally upon arrival.
• Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
• Perform guest registration and check-in/check-out.
• Manage treatment reservations and room scheduling.
• Coordinate therapists' assignments according to booking schedule.
• Recommend suitable treatments, packages & memberships.
• Process payments accurately.
