Takun Retreat Club is a private members' wellness and lifestyle club where sport, recovery, nature, and hospitality come together. Every guest experience is intentionally designed—from arrival to departure—to feel effortless, personal, and memorable.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people and understands that exceptional service is often found in the smallest details.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, bookings, and daily schedules.
- Conduct club and facility orientations for first-time visitors.
- Prepare guest amenities, lockers, refreshments, and wellness areas before each arrival.
- Ensure all guest-facing spaces are clean, organised, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Coordinate closely with the Guest Experience Lead, Wellness team, Café, Coaches, and Events team to deliver a seamless experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide thoughtful service without being asked.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with daily club operations, event support, and administrative duties when required.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, privacy, and discretion expected within a private club environment.
- Uphold Takun Retreat Club's service philosophy and operational standards at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, private clubs, wellness resorts, airlines, or premium customer service.
- Candidates with experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, or high-end lifestyle brands are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional, and confident when interacting with guests.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and solve problems independently.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
