Job summary

Coach South East Asia is seeking a Sales Associate for Imago Shopping Mall, KK. You will deliver a premium shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations with a focus on luxury service.

The role blends in-store clienteling, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Prior luxury retail experience is preferred and strong fashion awareness is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to read price/release sheets.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).

Responsibilities

• Represent the Coach brand and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily operations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to drive sales.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPI targets.
• Maintain visuals, stock, and store cleanliness; assist with replenishment.
• Process transactions and support inventory movement and team tasks.
• Participate in brand initiatives and trainings; maintain professional demeanor.
