Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador, delivering an elevated shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, use mobile POS and social selling tools, and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English language proficiency and fashion awareness.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and contribute to store goals.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
