Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Handle daily store tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Support inventory, stock movement, and product placement.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
