Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Malaysia to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. The role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, executing sales plans, and maintaining store operations while adhering to high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsabilités

• Represent the brand as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high energy level on the floor and manage multiple customers.
