As a front-line ambassador, you will nurture client relationships with fashion guidance, use POS and mobile tools, and contribute to visual merchandising and stock management. Passion for luxury retail and excellent English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, and merchandising.
