Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Associate in Penang to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue, requiring strong product knowledge, clienteling, and proficient use of POS and mobile tools.

Schedule Includes nights, weekends, peak periods, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or similar
• Experience with clienteling and fashion knowledge is a plus
• Strong English language proficiency and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver the Coach service standards
• Build client relationships through styling advice and product knowledge
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and personalized recommendations
• Use POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment and merchandising
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure stock movement is accurate
