Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a customer-centric luxury retail professional for a store role in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive sales, manage client relationships across in-store, phone, and events, and ensure exemplary service according to the Maison’s standards.

You will also handle clienteling activities, participate in stock management and merchandise presentation, and collaborate with the team to meet store targets and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience from retail handling with multiple categories.
• Familiar with luxury retail requirements.
• Digitally savvy and able to use Mobile Apps, social media, Zoom, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong sales turnover for the Store in line with the store strategy.
• Meet turnover targets and respect discount policy.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, locally and internationally.
• Take care of customer service cases per Maison standards and follow up.
• Participate in stock management, reception, transfers, and merchandising.
• Attend store meetings and training; stay informed on brand and competitors.
