Job summary

Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth across workshops, tyre outlets, resellers and distributors in the lubricant and automotive parts sectors.

You will expand the distributor network, manage day-to-day sales operations, ensure timely payments, and meet KPIs while building long-term customer relationships. A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in independent workshops, tyre workshops, resellers or distributors.
• Experience with lubricant products or automotive parts is preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage distributor networks and new accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Make regular sales calls to workshops, tyre shops, resellers and distributors.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts and sell-out analysis.
• Upsell and promote lubricants across SKUs.
• Ensure timely payment within credit terms and manage collections.
• Prepare weekly updates on customer activity and attend sales meetings.
