Job summary

Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Territory Manager for LPG covering Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Northern Johor. You will be the single point of accountability for LPG agents, dealerships and PDA holders, ensuring day-to-day operations, collections and KPI compliance.

You will manage dealer accounts, foster relationships with local ministries, coordinate audits, training, promotions, and network planning with the Sales leadership. Proactive expansion and QMS adherence are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in sales and marketing.
• Candidates with experience from related sales industry are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and develop Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Northern Johor Region Dealers’ accounts and act as SPA for those accounts.
• Work with HSE & Engineering Team to ensure Dealers’ stores comply with standards and training.
• Liaise with GPA for statutory compliance and PDA related matters.
• Conduct local promotions and community events.
• Assist new dealers to create local network and healthy competition.
• Review and refine business processes to meet customer expectations with minimal interruptions.
