Job summary

Sea Hawk Global Lines Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Sales Executive to identify opportunities, promote services, and coordinate with operations to deliver customised proposals. You will develop new business, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships across freight and warehousing services.

The role requires understanding of logistics concepts, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales targets and support

Qualifications

• Education: A minimum of High School diploma is also acceptable.
• Knowledge: Sales concepts, methods and techniques; logistics industry knowledge.
• 2-3+ years of domestic logistics experience is preferred.
• Proven sales success and knowledge of logistics products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and promote SHAL services to existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with operations teams to develop proposals and support service delivery.
• Build a business by identifying new prospects and selling products.
• Promote products and negotiate rates to close deals.
• Act as a primary contact between clients and the organization, addressing queries and promoting SHAL solutions.
• Set and achieve sales targets to maximize profits.
• Expand the customer base and market presence.
• Research and prospect via sales calls to build a client portfolio.
• Liaise between clients, carriers, shippers and receivers with strong relationships.
• Oversee movement of clients' goods to ensure timely pickup, transport, and delivery.
• Support management with other related tasks as needed.
