Job summary

Sea Hawk Global Lines Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to manage key accounts and drive growth across haulage, warehousing, freight forwarding and related logistics services. You will develop account plans, conduct regular customer visits and coordinate with Operations and Finance to deliver agreed service levels.

The role requires at least five years in logistics sales or business development, a Diploma or Degree in a related field, strong communication and negotiation skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in logistics sales, business development or key account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main commercial contact for assigned key customers.
• Develop account plans to retain customers and increase business volume.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to understand requirements and review service performance.
• Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints and elevate unresolved matters to management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's services and capacity.
• Generate leads, conduct sales presentations and follow up on enquiries.
• Achieve targets for revenue, gross profit, new accounts and customer retention.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions with Operations and Finance.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within authorised limits.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and coordinate renewals and rate reviews.
