Job summary

Landseair Logistics Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive (Customer Service Shipment) to manage shipment data entry, coordinate with internal teams and handling shipment-related requests attuned to customs, tax, and port processes.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field, at least 2 years of transport booking/shipment coordination experience, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shipment data entry to system (internal, customs, port, key-in liner, EDI K1/K2 to K9).
• Handle shipment related payment requests (customs tax, POB shipping).
• Coordinate shipment stations (PTP, PGP, TLP, SIA, SG).

Position: Senior Executive (Customer Service Shipment)

Full-Time Job Description :

Shipment detail data entry to system (internal, customs, port, key-in liner, EDI K1/K2 to K9).

Shipment related request payment (customs tax, POB shipping).

Shipment station (PTP, PGP, TLP, SIA, SG).

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

At Least 2 years of experience in transport booking/shipment coordination..

Basic knowledge of of organizing work plans, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, English typing and speaking.

Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

Candidate who stays nearby will be an added advantage.

Working hours:

Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) , attend punctual able back home at 5.30pm ; Sat (base team leader schedule)
