Job summary

NYS International Freight Sdn Bhd is seeking a Transport Customer Service Executive to join our logistics team in Klang. You will support daily transport operations, liaise with customers and drivers, and ensure smooth delivery services in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with English proficiency and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding/logistics/transportation industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on transport arrangements.
• Coordinate daily transport orders, deliveries, collections and related activities.
• Arrange and monitor truck/driver assignments based on customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers, drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on delays, changes or operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain transport-related documents, records and reports.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely updating of transport systems.
• Follow up on POD (Proof of Delivery) and other required documents.

Key responsibilities

Transport Customer Service Executive:

Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on transport arrangements

Coordinate daily transport orders, deliveries, collections and related activities
