Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in transport booking/shipment coordination.
• Basic knowledge of organizing work plans and MS Office; typing and speaking in English.

Responsibilities

• Shipment data entry to system (internal, customs, port, key-in liner, EDI K1/K2 to K9).
• Handle shipment related payment requests (customs tax, POB shipping).
• Coordinate shipment stations (PTP, PGP, TLP, SIA, SG).
