Job summary

Fuji Xerox Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an order processing coordinator to manage direct sales orders, dealer and distributor orders, and branch orders with strict cut-off times.

You will generate warehouse pick lists, coordinate for delivery of CE spare parts, and ensure orders are processed promptly with complete documentation and timely communication.

This position requires attention to turnaround times and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• To process direct sales orders and Dealers and Distributors orders as per cut off time
• To process branches orders and daily courier orders as per cut off time
• To process CE (customer engineer) spare part orders and coordinate for delivery
• To generate pick list for warehouse to perform picking and packing as per the agreed turnaround time
• To ensure customer orders are promptly processed and fulfilled
