Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Line Recruits Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics/order coordinator for coordinating deliveries, handling documentation, and maintaining accurate stock data.

The role involves liaising between customers, suppliers and the internal sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in relevant roles, with ERP experience (AutoCount/Epicor) and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in order coordination roles, shipment or logistic coordination or sales admin support role.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (AutoCount/Epicor) and MS Excel.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle delivery matters and coordinate with suppliers & customers, prepare shipping documents, arrange delivery to customers.
• Act as the window between customers, suppliers and salesperson on delivery matters.
• Handle customer claims with suppliers on logistic matters until validated.
• Handle purchasing, issue POs to suppliers, coordinate with forwarder to ensure on-time cargo arrival.
• Update stock data to ensure accuracy.
• Enter PO, SO, Invoice, DO, GRN into the system.
• Assist sales personnel, monitor customer payables and on-time collections if required.
• Answer incoming calls and filing.
• Familiarize with company system, E-Filing, E-Invoicing applications.
• Ensure smooth month-end closing to meet posting deadlines.
• Perform any job assigned/re-allocated by superior.
