Rising Net Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries. You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely fulfilment and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Local candidates preferred; training and career development are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience in Sales Administration, Order Processing, Warehouse Operations, or Inventory Management is an added advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise daily responsibilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of logistics, delivery coordination, and order fulfilment processes.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of solving problems independently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders, inventory movements, shipments, and related documentation.
• Coordinate order processing and delivery arrangements to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Liaise with courier and logistics providers to monitor shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist the Sales Team with customer enquiries, sales order creation, quotation preparation, and invoice processing.
• Follow up on pending orders and provide timely updates to relevant departments.
• Perform general administrative duties, maintain proper documentation, and provide support to colleagues when required.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
