Job summary

Hakko Products Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Technical teams, ensuring orders, documentation and tasks are completed accurately and on time.

You will coordinate service requests, maintain records, monitor stock, prepare quotations and documentation, and assist with project pipelines while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Admin, Operations Mgmt, Eng or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations coordination, admin, customer service or service support.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed within the timeline.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal departments on inquiries, orders and service matters.
• Coordinate and follow up on orders, service requests, deliveries and on-site activities.
• Prepare purchase requests, service documents and other operational documents.
• Maintain and update product, stock, pricing and service-related information.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
