Job summary

Nippon Kinzoku (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage order processing and coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams. You will communicate with our HQ and plant in Japan and prepare required documentation for orders, invoices, and delivery orders.

Responsibilities include handling customer orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving discrepancies while ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal teams.

• Receive and process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to arrange deliveries.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments on stock, pricing and delivery.
• Inform sales team of customer requirements and order updates.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and order discrepancies.
• Report production progress and provide feedback to sales.
• Communicate with HQ and Plant in Japan by email.
• Prepare vouchers to production, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Email documents to customers, including POs and shipping documents.
