Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz (China) Technology Co., Ltd. in Johor Bahru seeks a logistics and operations supervisor to manage import/export documentation and ensure customs compliance while overseeing daily warehouse activities.

You will coordinate packaging line operations, monitor inventory, handle freight movements, and lead teams to meet KPIs, supporting audits for ISO, safety, quality and environmental standards with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch while using space efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate packaging line operations to meet quality, labeling, and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ERP/WMS records.
• Manage domestic and international freight movements, including shipment scheduling, route planning, and carrier performance.
• Lead logistics, warehouse, and packaging teams to achieve KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support audits and ensure ISO, safety, quality, and environmental requirements are met.
