Job summary

The role requires 4–6 years in logistics, end-to-end freight and warehousing experience, and strong leadership with English and Malay proficiency. Mandarin is a plus, with ongoing CRM-driven activity and monthly performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in the logistics industry.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end logistics services including sea and air freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, container haulage, customs clearance, and international shipping solutions.
• Strong understanding of logistics solution concepts and ability to present/value-added service proposals to clients.
• Proven leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales personnel to explore new markets and implement logistics sales strategies.
• Organize sales initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive growth and expansion.
• Develop and implement a sales plan to promote services to clients and grow the customer base.
• Arrange customer visits to present service packages and provide timely quotations.
• Present annual business revenue budget plans to management.
• Update and record all business development and sales activities in the CRM.
• Conduct monthly BD meetings and generate sales reports for analysis.
