Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator in Kuala Lumpur to support daily operations across inventory, order fulfillment, and shipments.

You will update the DO system, coordinate with couriers and transporters, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate records. Fresh graduates are welcome, with basic Excel skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update Warehouse DO (Delivery Order) System and Courier System.
• Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries within Klang Valley.
• Process, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse, retail outlets, and online channels.
• Liaise with transporters, courier companies, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist in stock receiving, checking, labeling, and organization.
• Support inventory audits.
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and filing system.
• Assist warehouse operations are organized and completed on schedule.
