Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Admin Officer-Executive for the Warehouse Department in Kulai, Johor. The role welcomes fresh graduates and those with relevant experience to join and grow with the team.

You will support daily warehouse and inventory operations, monitor stock movement, and coordinate counts to maintain accuracy. Collaboration with Production and other departments is essential for smooth material flow and timely administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• Candidates with 2–3 years of warehouse, inventory or material management experience will have an added advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse & inventory operations.
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate stock counts and maintain proper inventory records.
• Work closely with Production and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Handle warehouse documentation, data entry and administrative tasks.
• Support process improvement initiatives and help the team achieve operational targets.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
