Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent Warehouse Assistant in Seremban to manage local warehousing activities, perform stock counts, and prepare reports. You will pick and pack orders for online and offline customers, and coordinate with the sales team to meet packing requirements and SOPs.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong communication and a proactive attitude are valued as you support administrative tasks, tracking warehouse activities, and assisting with deliveries and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Responsible, independent and willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in Seremban area.

Responsibilities

• Manage local warehousing activities.
• Conduct daily stock counts and audit records.
• Pick and pack for courier pick-up for online and offline orders.
• Coordinate with sales team to meet packing requirements and SOPs.
• Maintain knowledge of brands and products sold.
• Provide daily administrative support and report job assignments.
• Track and report all warehouse-related activities.
• Assist with deliveries and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations as assigned by Warehouse Manager.
