Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Junior / Executive, Inventory Order Management (Shipment) in Subang Jaya. You will coordinate daily orders, inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure on-time delivery while liaising with warehouse, transport providers, and customs where applicable.

You will also handle shipping documentation, DO/BL/AWB, update ERP/WMS records, monitor inventory movement, generate routine shipment and order reports, and support continuous improvement. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Education: at least school qualification; bachelor or higher preferred.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year logistics experience advantageous.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literate with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate daily orders and shipments; manage inventory movements.
• Prepare shipping docs (DO, BL, AWB) and ensure accuracy.
• Update ERP/WMS with shipment and delivery status; resolve discrepancies.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly shipment and order reports; support improvements.
