Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Selangor to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure accurate inventory control with proper documentation. You will coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to enable smooth operations.

You will assist in manpower planning, supervise warehouse staff, and continually improve processes and SOPs to boost productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory control, stock movement, and proper documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Assist in manpower planning, workforce allocation, and supervision of warehouse personnel to maintain efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and SOPs to drive productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives.
