Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics administrator to handle sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and courier labels for ecommerce, retail, wholesale, and intercompany demands. You will coordinate with the warehouse and courier partners to ensure timely deliveries and maintain ERP transaction discipline.

The role requires strong Excel and data accuracy, with at least two years in logistics. Fresh graduates with a relevant degree may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in logistics or any other supply chain-related field.
• A degree or diploma certificate in Supply Chain/ Engineering is preferred for fresh graduates.
• Professional certifications in the supply chain will be an added advantage.
• Priority will be given to immediate starters.

Responsibilities

• Create sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and courier labels for eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and intercompany demands.
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier logistics for the timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Support and ensure ERP system transaction discipline and compliance with company procedures.
• Drive and support various other projects, duties, and activities as assigned by the manager.
• Delegate tasks according to urgency to ensure they will be completed by the end of the day.
• Housekeeping, Inventory Management, and Daily monitoring for Local & Export Orders.
