Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations in Klang Valley. The role involves updating the Warehouse DO and Courier systems, coordinating shipments, and preparing e-commerce orders with accuracy and speed.

Fresh graduates are welcome; basic Excel skills and attention to detail are required. You will work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining stock records and liaising with transporters and suppliers to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update Warehouse DO (Delivery Order) System and Courier System.
• Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries within Klang Valley.
• Process, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse, retail outlets, and online channels.
• Liaise with transporters, courier companies, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist in stock receiving, checking, labeling, and organization.
• Support inventory audits.
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and filing system.
• Assist warehouse operations are organized and completed on schedule.
