Job summary

Toll Group in Bayan Lepas, Penang is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for night and morning shift on a rotational basis. You will manage customer relationships, support accounts, and provide guidance on transactions and feedback.

Role requires strong communication skills, data accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will liaise with stakeholders, resolve issues, and support junior staff while maintaining quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in logistics, operations, or milestone tracking is advantageous; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Night shift and morning shift rotation every 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Assist with account management and transaction processing to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide guidance and support related to customer transactions, feedback, and requests.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in line with agreements and processes.
• Provide assistance and guidance to less experienced staff as needed.
• Rotate between night and morning shifts on a 4-week cycle.
