Qualifications

• Strong data accuracy skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry of runsheets into systems.
• Escalation of runsheets to onshore team per SOPs.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• Proactively communicate with customers via email.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Filing and database maintenance.
• Identify and suggest process improvements through Continuous Improvement initiatives.
