Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Assist with account management and transaction processing.
• Provide product and technical support related to customer transactions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service standards.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues per processes.
• Support the team and guide junior staff as needed.
• Rotate night and morning shifts on a 4-week cycle.
